Milad Salem Will Not Play Against Palestine

Afghanistan national team player Milad Salem will miss Afghanistan’s next game against Palestine due to club obligations. Salem was set to join the team ahead of the game against Palestine in Kabul, Afghanistan but last minute he has pulled his name from the roster. He announced his decision via a post on his Facebook account. The reason for the last minute decision is that he is in talks with a club outside of Germany and he is set to join the club on August 17 2018. It is still not clear wether he will join for a trail or it is a finalized move.

Milad Salem has been a free agent since 2017 when he last played for SV Elversberg.  He has been actively looking for a club.  Salem now a 30 year old sees his future in football outside of Germany.
